FAQ
A communication playbook is a durable, scenario-specific document that captures how an organization should communicate in a defined situation — audience, posture, key messages, words to use and avoid, and worked examples.
Playbooks differ from style guides: style guides are general, playbooks are scenario-specific and decision-supporting. A strong playbook covers a recurring high-stakes scenario (customer escalation, product launch, leadership transition) and gives a communicator everything they need to act with judgment. Examples carry the playbook; the rules just label it. And playbooks have to be living documents — snapshot playbooks die fast on contact with the work.
