FAQ
A knowledge graph is a structured representation of entities (people, projects, customers, decisions) and the relationships between them, used to make organizational context retrievable and reusable.
Documents alone cannot answer most context questions because the information is scattered across many documents and the relationships between facts are implicit. A knowledge graph makes those relationships explicit and queryable. In communication contexts, knowledge graphs link customers to deals to decisions to product features to communications, so that any one of those starting points can surface all the relevant context.
