Lawful Use
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, export control, sanctions, and anti-discrimination laws.
Prohibited Activity
Do not use the platform to: produce or distribute content prohibited by our Content Policy; harass, threaten, or defame; infringe intellectual property; impersonate individuals or organizations; produce material sexualizing minors; coordinate fraud or unlawful schemes; or generate malware or attack tooling.
Platform Integrity
Do not attempt to compromise platform security, evade access controls, reverse-engineer protected components, scrape data at scale without authorization, or interfere with other users' use of the platform.
Automation and Resale
Programmatic access requires written agreement. Reselling access without authorization is prohibited.
Enforcement
Violations may result in feature restriction, account suspension, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
