Writing Governance

Community Standards

Where the platform supports shared workspaces, collaboration, and community features, all participants are expected to treat each other professionally and respectfully.

Last updated 2026-05-15

Professional Conduct

Communicate professionally. Disagreement is welcome; harassment, slurs, threats, doxxing, and personal attacks are not.

Respect for Identity

Respect collaborators regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected characteristic.

Safe Collaboration

Do not share collaborators' personal information, private communications, or work product outside the shared workspace without consent.

Constructive Editing

When reviewing or editing others' writing, focus on the work. Critique the text, not the person.

Reporting

Report standards violations to trust@writingtoolspro.com. Reports are reviewed under our Content Moderation Policy.
