Categories to Handle With Care

Confidential business information, trade secrets, attorney-client privileged communications, protected health information, personal financial records, government-classified information, regulated personal data, and material covered by NDAs all warrant careful evaluation before submission.

Platform Protections

We encrypt traffic and stored content, limit access to production data, and do not use submitted content to train third-party models. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Security & Privacy Practices.

Inherent Risks

No online service can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Users should weigh the value of platform assistance against the sensitivity of the material and apply organizational policy, legal advice, and risk tolerance accordingly.

Privileged and Regulated Material

Users responsible for legally privileged or specifically regulated material (HIPAA, attorney-client, classified, export-controlled) should consult counsel before processing such material through any third-party platform, including this one.

User Discretion

Decisions about what to submit are the user's. The platform cannot evaluate the sensitivity of material on the user's behalf.
