Policy

Content Policy

WritingToolsPro is a professional writing platform. We support a wide range of legitimate communication, but some uses fall outside what we will help produce. This policy describes the limits and how we enforce them.

Prohibited Content

Customers may not use WritingToolsPro to generate, refine, or disseminate content that facilitates fraud, deception, harassment, defamation, or unlawful discrimination; content that sexualizes minors; content that infringes others' intellectual property rights; content intended to manipulate elections, evade lawful disclosure obligations, or impersonate real individuals or organizations without authorization; or content that facilitates the development of weapons, malware, or other categories of clear physical or societal harm.

Restricted Use Cases

Some use cases require additional review: regulated industries with formal disclosure requirements (financial services communications, medical claims, legal advice, regulated political advertising) are supported only when customers have appropriate human review and compliance controls in place. Mass-volume cold outreach must comply with applicable anti-spam laws; we do not assist with violations of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or equivalent regulations.

Editorial Integrity

Customers may use the platform for ghostwriting, editing, and AI-assisted drafting — all standard professional practices. We do not, however, support presenting fabricated quotes, falsified credentials, fake reviews, fabricated research findings, or other content that deceives readers about the source or veracity of what they are reading.

Enforcement

We use a combination of automated abuse detection and human review. First violations typically result in a warning and educational guidance. Repeated or severe violations result in account suspension or termination. We cooperate with valid legal process where required and notify users when we are legally permitted to do so.

Appeals

Customers whose accounts are restricted may appeal in writing to trust@writingtoolspro.com. Appeals are reviewed by a member of our trust team who was not involved in the original decision.
