Data Minimization
We collect only what is necessary to provide the product. We avoid persisting raw submitted text beyond the time required to serve the feature requested.
Encryption
Traffic to and from the platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure provider.
Access Controls
Production data access is limited to named personnel with a documented business need. Privileged actions are logged and reviewed.
Vulnerability Management
Dependencies are monitored for known vulnerabilities. Reports from security researchers are welcomed at security@writingtoolspro.com and triaged under a coordinated disclosure process.
Customer Responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials, for applying appropriate access controls inside their organization, and for not submitting information they are not authorized to share.
