Writing Governance

Educational Use Policy

We support educational use of the platform — by educators teaching writing and communication, by students learning to write more effectively, and by institutions building writing capability into their programs — within the bounds of institutional policy.

Educator Use

Educators may use the platform to prepare instructional material, model writing instruction, demonstrate editing technique, and assemble examples for classroom discussion.

Student Use

Students may use the platform to develop writing skill, refine drafts, study editorial feedback, and prepare communication for non-academic contexts. Use on graded academic work must comply with institutional academic integrity rules — see the Academic Integrity Policy.

Institutional Programs

Institutions adopting the platform should establish clear policy on permitted use, required disclosure, and review of student work. We can support institutional rollouts under enterprise terms.

Age Requirements

The platform is not directed to children under 16. Educational use in K-12 contexts requires institutional agreements that address parental notice, data handling, and age-appropriate access.

No Endorsement of Misuse

Educational support does not include facilitating academic dishonesty or evading institutional rules.
