Scope of Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, WritingToolsPro, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive — arising from or related to AI-generated outputs, writing suggestions, editing recommendations, publication decisions, business communications, educational materials, or any other use of the platform.

Categories Covered

The limitation applies to claims based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the protected parties were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Aggregate Cap

Without limiting the foregoing, where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the aggregate liability of the protected parties is capped at the amount the user paid for the platform in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Essential Purpose

The limitations in this section are an essential element of the bargain between the user and WritingToolsPro and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Jurisdictional Variation

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where this is the case, the foregoing exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect rights that cannot be waived.
