Long-form Articles
Articles pass through four documented stages. (1) Subject-matter draft: the contributor produces a draft grounded in their practitioner experience and any cited sources. (2) Structural edit: an editor reviews the argument, the sequencing, the audience fit, and the evidence base. (3) Copyedit: a copyeditor reviews grammar, style, tone consistency, citation form, and adherence to house style. (4) Editorial review: a senior editor signs off on accuracy, originality, conflicts disclosure, and policy fit before publication.
Glossary Entries
Glossary entries are drafted against a standard template, reviewed by a practitioner in the relevant area, and copyedited before publication. Entries are reviewed annually for currency.
Templates
Templates are produced from documented operating experience or adapted from established practice with attribution. Each template is tested against at least two real-world scenarios before publication. Templates are reviewed annually for relevance.
Research Summaries
Research summaries are written against the original source material, reviewed by a research team member, and checked for accuracy of representation. Where we have not independently verified the underlying study, the summary makes that clear.
Use Cases and Academy Modules
Use cases and academy modules pass through subject-matter drafting, instructional design review, structural edit, and copyedit. Where they reference customer scenarios, we either generalize the scenario or obtain written consent for specifics.
AI Assistance
AI tools may be used at the drafting and copyediting stages. The editorial review stage is always performed by a human, and that human is accountable for the published article.
Post-Publication Review
Published content is reviewed at least annually for currency. Material updates produce a 'last updated' date change and, when warranted, an editor's note describing what changed.
