Transparency

Transparency Center

The Transparency Center is a single index of everything we publish about how we operate. Customers, researchers, and regulators can find here our positions on data, AI, content moderation, government requests, and material platform changes.

Operational Transparency

We publish documentation of our editorial standards, research methodology, AI usage, content policy, security posture, and review processes. Each is reviewed and dated. We do not hide operational practices behind generic legalese.

Data Transparency

Our privacy policy describes what data we collect, why, how long we retain it, and who it is shared with. Customers have export and deletion rights documented in the policy. Subprocessor changes are announced before they take effect.

AI Transparency

Our AI Usage Policy lists the models we use, what we use them for, what we do not use them for, and how customer data flows through them. We disclose AI involvement in editorial content where relevant.

Government Request Transparency

We publish an annual summary of government and law enforcement requests for customer data, including the number received, the jurisdictions they came from, the categories of data sought, and the disposition. We notify affected customers of requests when legally permitted.

Platform Change Transparency

Material changes to product behavior, pricing, terms, or data handling are announced with reasonable notice. Our changelog records non-cosmetic product changes.
